Analysis of Key Factors Influencing Smart Court Development Based on Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory

This paper analyzes the state of art in development smart courts China since 2016 and explores factors affecting based on DEcision MAking Trial Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) models. The direct influence relationships between were determined by data extracted from a questionnaire survey. Based resulting composite matrix, it was deduced that court involve three groups: intrinsic factors, including pre-planning, promotion, network service, five main functional systems; transitional collection, operation maintenance, update; proximate investment intention, equipment, monitoring system. Drawing conclusion, this argues system should be priority development, benign circulation will achieved when systems are well-established as they can attract talents, investment, other important factors.
